I read that the migration delete all the old content created on the joomla webste, it is true ?

There is a clean migration option that controls this. It is recommended that you delete the previous content, but it is not necessary. You can use cmigrator to add content from wp to your existing joomla site. As usual you should take care and have a backup!!!

The content migration contains : page and article of the wordpress ?
and if we don't migrate the category, the page and article will be inserted with the "no category" on the joomla administrator ?

All media in the wordpress is migrate on the joomla or not ? Because it's necessary to have new article with image displaying into no ?

If the media is part of the content, then it is possible. We can migrate the img tag that comes in the content. But if you use any galleries, we won't be able to migrate those.
