Hello,
Basedo n what I have read and seen your software sems to feature a lot of things, However we have a unique set of needs which I hope you
clearify if your software would work in our enviorment.
We run a NON profit Charitable Farmers market ( or flea market) We run 2 days a week for a 5 month period of the year.
We have about 150 Vendors which we need to keep track of.
We rent a single space for each day of the market on a monthly or weekly basis with an option for additional spaces up to 7
at a lesser rate ( like an add on). 1 space = 20.00 + 1 addt`l space =10.00 * 4 week month = 120.00 for the month etc..
We need to keep track of vendors payments, balances and what is due/ over due.
We need to assign a custom [ unique) field to each vendor ( a Vendor ID )
Ability to show reports on over due invoices.
Booking on front end, not needed, but may be used.
Admin adding / editing of payments, discounts etc.. for each vendor a must.

While I understand your software is designed for different use, can yo tell me if it would work for brief needs described for us ?

Hi,

hmm i think some things (like lesser rates for additional spaces) would require some code changes - you can try out the current Matukio version (including backend access) at the live demo site and take a look if it fits your needs.
