I am looking for a solution that may require some custom development to do what I want it to do. I would rather not post the project request on a public forum, I am intending to post on elance within the next month. I am looking for the path of least resistance. This work could possibly be based on your mailchimp and mandril joomla plugins. If you do this kind of work, I would rather correspond or skype with someone directly about it to submit a project plan for a proposal. How can I get in touch with someone?
