It is maybe a stupid question, but how can users change their avatar/gravatar?

Well users would need to change their gravatar on gravatar.com. Or do you mean the default gravatar image for no-avatar?

I was hoping there was a way thatit could be changed without making an other account, with another plugin or something.

Gravatar is well known solution and used by millions of people. If people have a gravatar, they won't go to your site to change it. The benefit is -> you upload your avatar once and it can be used by every site you sign up on. No need to upload new images all the time.
If you want peopple to change the avatars on your site, then you should use community software such as community builder or jomsocial.
