Hello! I downloaded and installed the Persian translation file for my ccomment, but still I cant see the changes in frontend. Can anyone help me? Where can I find and edit language file?

Ok. I found the language file (fa-IR.com_comment.ini)on my server and made some changes in its translation. But still I cant see any changes in my frontend view. How can I apply the changes?
