TOPIC: CComment Pro Captcha not showing

I'm sure this is something I am doing wrong - not the product, but I cannot get captcha/recaptcha to appear in Joomla. It is greyed out on the drop down menu in Security. It is enabled as a plugin and set as default in Global Configuration - but no joy. Can you help please with any more ideas? Many thanks Jess

When you go to CComment's dashboard do you see that CComment PRO is installed or are you still running the core version?
