TOPIC: Menu page scrolls to map on load

When I open my Home page the page loads and scrolls down to the map main body of the page, skipping the header. How can I stop the page load scrolling to the map?

It shouldn't do that. I see that your template has a scroll to top feature - can you disable this?

Also how have you added hotspots on this page? Is Hotspots added as the main component on that page or as a module?

This shouldn't happen and if you look at our demo page you'll see that it doesn't scroll. You can try switching to another joomla template just to see if the problem after that disappears. If it does, then you have something in the template that does this.

I actually found the problem. It is a setting in Hotspots Basic Setting. I turned off the SHOW TOUR and all is resolved. The Tour popup forces the page to load at the Hotspots popup. I don't Like this. I do like the tour pop up though. I also installed Hotspots pro on a new installed (no template) Joomla 3.4.5 version with nothing but the Hotpost plugin. The page still loads and scrolls to the SHOW TOUR pop-up if the SHOW TOUR is enabled. Hope this helps others.

Interesting. I've never noticed that, because hotspots normally comes after the navigation for me and I don't see any jumps.
I'll put this on the todo list for investigation. Maybe there is a setting in the library that we use for the tour to disable this.
