TOPIC: Pro Version not accepting my user ID

I had to redo my website, and now I can't seem to get my subscription ID to work.
Template parameter shows mootools is on, but still not letting the map show on page.

User was gone. Did you make any changes? I don't see any?

It is never a good idea to post user data on public forum!
I just went to your site -> I don't know where you see that mootools is on, but it isn't. There is no mootools on the map page. And that is why the map doesn't load.

I agree, but I didn't see any way to send private message.
I added "enable/disable mootools plugin" and it doesn't help on the page.
Though I appreciate you fixing the issue, I would like to know what you did so I don't have to contact you. I know your busy. Required setting are blank again.

I don't understand you? I haven't done anything. I just went to the frontend of your page and had a look at the source code. From the error messages was clear that there was no mootools on the page.
