As I said in my previous reply the link you provided shows a "server not found" error. Which means that you've provided a wrong address.
What changes are you making to your backend? If our users had to reinstall every day to keep hotspots working, then we wouldn't have any customers
A blank page indicated a php fatal error. Your server settings are suppressing the error output. Go to joomla's global config and set error reporting to maximum or development. Then navigate to the hotsptos page - now instead of a blank page you should see some text indicating what the error is.
