TOPIC: map not showing up

I'm a hotspot user for a rather long time. Untill now it was working alright. After a server replacement the hotspot map is not showing up anymore. On the dashboard it is still showing up.
What can be the problem or how can I track the problem. My site is hoted by antenna.nl

this is joomla 2.5 and it seems that no jquery is being loaded.

Which hotspots version is that? The latest versions of HOtspos require jquery.

I had the problem with 5.1.10 and 5.1.11.
I'm preparing to migrate to joomla 3.5

Is this 5.1 or is it the latest hotspots version. The latest hotspots version doesn't work on 2.5 and I think that we've removed the calls to include our own jquery version, as on joomla 3 we have jquery in the joomla core.

You have to find why jquery is not being loaded on that site. Have you installed a plugin that disables this?

It is version 5.1.11 on joomla 2.5.28
The map is in the administrator part (dashboard) still showing up.
Hopefully it is enough information.
According to youw suggestion I was searching for jquery problems, but i can not find a extension with someting like jquery in the name. Do you have an suggestion where to search for.

Peter, I can't tell you more. You are running a version that requires jquery and jquery is not included on your site. Normally hotspots should load it, but it's not on the page, so something is blocking it. Do you perhaps have a template override for Hotspots? maybe you are missing something there?
