is it possible to rate a hotspot in order for readers to give their opinion. ?

is it possible in administration to limit the size and weight of photos illustrating a hotspot ( in pro version with hotspot creation in front end ) ?

Rating is not possible. You could however install CComment and allow reviews.

Image support -> currently there is resizing option. However with the next release an awesome feature will come on board. A full featured image upload & gallery. Screenshots here:
