CAn you have a look at the source code of the page and let me know that the latest parts of the code say? I guess that you should see a fatal error or something of the sort. If you don't, go to your global configuration and enable error reporting. Then go back to the menu. I can't figure out any reason why you should be getting this right now, but there must be something that is breaking it

MY SITE IS IN SPANISH, COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM? Also the single hotspot selection works fine

Why are you using 3.1? Why haven't you updated to 3.2 or 3.3?

No reason. should I do it, to see if it works? The error doesn't have to do with my site being in spanish?

Morning Syra,
Just as a warning - don't use no-longer supported joomla version (as was the case for 3.1). Always update to the latest release, otherwise you run into compatibility issues as the one you experienced, but you also run into security issues...

Kind regards,
Daniel
