TOPIC: Error when opening hotspot backend.

Hi there,
I tried to open a support ticket but cant see where to?
I am able to add categories and locations but when i try open dashboard or live update I get the following error. Please help

You are running an outdated php version - most probably 5.2 Ask your hosting provider to move you to at least 5.3
