look at the js console:
rizomante.com.ar/templates/beez_20/javas...t/md_stylechanger.js - you get an error from here.
At the same time in your template you don't seem to use any of the features that this file is created for. So I would just disable this file/not load it.
Most probably after that the map will load.

the file that I pointed to in the above post. Look in the javascript console in your browser - you'll see that it creates a js error on the page.

Another question:
i need to create categories by places (example New York, San Franciso, London), and then locations in each category. Is it possible?

You cannot force the users to enter locations in new your i nthe new your category.
But you can have such categories of course. Then you could use the "marker boundary" center method to center on the new york category when the map loads.
