Your map seems to look very good, but your purchasing process is extremely disappointing!! Not only did you charge me THREE times for the Pro version, but I never was brought back to the page to receive the upgrade. On top of that, your website said my account was blocked and I had to create ANOTHER account just to be able to come in here and submit this forum topic. Ridiculous

If you would like for me to use your product, PLEASE resolve this. I demand my refund for two of the three charges.

Please resolve this issue quickly or I will put a stop payment on the charges by my bank and they will investigate.

Please tell me how I should communicate to you my other account information that was blocked and where I was charged 3 times.

UPDATE: My bank reversed all 3 of the charges, so they have been refunded.

However, I need some assurances and explanations as to why my previous account was blocked, and why I was not brought back to the screen where it showed my receipt and upgrade options, as your website stated it would, before I try another transaction.

If you would like me to purchase your product, please respond. Thank you.

I'm extremely sorry for the issues you've experienced and even more sorry for noticing this thread today.

I have no idea what happened when you tried to purchase. Fact is that in our system you have a single purchase associated with your account (the purchase is not activated as there is no payment for it). I haven't received any money from you on 2checkout that's why I have no clue why you've been charged 3 times for the purchase. All I can say is that - payments are not made on our site - you are redirected either to 2checkout or paypal. Once the payment there is done you should be redirected to our site.

Let me know If you decide to still give Hotspots PRO a chance.

I have a similar issue , please help me.
I have recently purchased ccomment Pro version with my different email (while creating account) but I cannot login because my account is blocked. Please send message to my email to resolve this issue.

Looking forward to resolve this workflow breaking issue.
