Hi guys,

The client has a newsletter subscribe form but it's hard-coded into the template (see in the footer of the website below)
www.aquamoon.com.au/?tp=1

Any ideas as to how to implement the module? Thanks.
I'm thinking of telling her to put it in the sidebar where it is more likely to be seen. If she insists on it being in the footer then some ideas would be great.

Hey Keely,
Why do you think that there is no module position on this template? It just seems that the display of a module position is turned of in the template settings.

Regards,
Daniel

I have appended ?tp=1 to the url and there's no footer module. I'm thinking it's a custom template?

As I said ?tp=1 is actually not outputing anything. Which means that this option is turned off per default in the template options. Starting with joomla 2.5 if you want to see the module positions with tp=1 you have to enable this in the templtae manager -> options.

Of course it is possible that this form is directly added in the template, but I doubt it.

Daniel

We had turned this on in the options but there's no module position there so it had to be hard-coded in - thanks for your time and help :)
