TOPIC: Additional fields always visible

When I activate cmc registration plugin the additional fields (for -in my case- email, first name and last name) are already shown.. How can I change it so they are only visible when checkbox is marked?

That sounds like a javascript problem. Can you show me the site.

website is offline atm but you can access it as guest through www.slimfitness.nl/?online=test
then on the top right you have the link "start nu met slimfitness"
it gives you the registration form

Do you have a plugin on the site that is removing the mootools library? We are calling it in the plugin, but as far as I can see it is not included on the page?
In the next cmc version we'll rewrite everything to use jquery, but for the moment we need mootools.

Ah that worked. I installed a plugin that enables mootools and now it works

1 more question. I now see the word "newsletter" as an header and "newsletter" before the checkbox. Can you tell me where I can edit this so it is shown in Dutch?
