TOPIC: Sync Lists Problem

I'm having a bit of an issue syncing a list. I've just installed the component, entered my API key and set up webhooks as in your documentation. When I go to Sync Lists it successfully shows the list. However, when I tick it and click Synchronize, it processes briefly and then shows 'Null Undefined' above the list ID and nothing more happens. When i close the List Synchronisation window, I still see 'You don't have any synced lists yet. Sync your lists now by clicking the sync button.'

I've checked on the Mailchimp API calls list and I can see the call is being made successfully. There are many lines showing:

Any idea why this might be?

Can you perhaps provide me with access to the backend? Null undefined doesn't tell me anything.

I just had a look. There is an Internal server error when we try to process the list.
Look at your server error log - it should contain information about the error. And maybe contact the server administrator once you have found the error message.

Let me know what it is though.

I have the same problem, setup a list trying to sync and ..nothing

the error thrown is
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentJSON::addCustomTag() in /www/plugins/content/cwsociallikes/cwsociallikes.php on line 63, referer: http://.../administrator/index.php?option=com_cmc&view=sync&tmpl=component

When i disable the plugin i can sync fine.

Dunno if the plugins are fired incorrectly or if they are executed incorrectly, in other words whom to adress for a solution, compojoom of CoalaWeb

Hey Ruth,
I think the issue is with them. They should not fire their plugin when we are dealing with ajax requests (format=raw or format=json).

Just sent them a tweet about this.

I have rewritten the way this is to be handled in the cwsociallikes.php

Hi I have just installed CMC Mailchimp and everything went smoothly until I tried to Sync the lists with my MailChimp account. It shows that there are no lists available. Can you please help me with the same?
