Im trying to get CMC to work on a joomla 2.5 system, but when clicking "Sync" I get the following and no lists:
It seems that you don't have any lists in Mailchimp. Please create a list there and after that refresh the page and you'll be able to sync then.

I know i have the list ID set correctly as the users show up in the "Users" tab, just list sync isn't working.

Please help!

Hey Marisa,
Are you sure that your API key is entered properly in the settings? Even a space can cause it not work.
There might be users showing in the users tab, but maybe those are users who register on your site, and not the users that you already have in mailchimp.

regards,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I have just installed the component and have the same issue, this time with Joomla 3.2.1
I have set the API key correctly, double checked. Also set the webhooks in the Mailchimp list settings
Regards,
Esther

Can someone provide me with access to your backends (send us a mail with access credentials)? I want to see this with my eyes.
Thanks,
Daniel

I'm not sure who sent me the access credentials to their site, but here is what I found. Wrong API key...
In the API field the entered value was s989213sdf - or something like this. This is NOT the mailchimp API key.
Please refer to the documentation to get the correct API key: compojoom.com/support/documentation/cmc/ch03s02#idp55872
In mailchimp click on your account name -> account settings -> extras -> API keys -> create a new API key if you don't have one.

cheers,
Daniel
