TOPIC: Error after press subscribe button

Hi

In the foundation i work we use mailchimp to send email to a list of subscribers

We use the component/module you get us to work with

Its excelent

But seem to that after we enter the values and press the button the component enter in a infinite loop and dont get going anything

please we love to use the component but we dont are genius coders

Can you please take a look of the problem and tell us what is going on here.

the module is called boletin de noticias and is place in the botton of the template

Hey there Alexis,
I just tried it out. On your page you have javascript errors and my guess is that this is the reason why the module is not working properly.
Please try to disable the jcemediabox and widgetkit plugins. Then test it again. Also I advise you to look at the js errors with firebug -> this way you can determine yourself if there are errors that could prevent the module from working.
Right now it seems that there are conflicting javascript scripts and our module cannot send the necessary information to the server because of that.

Thanks for the advice

I notice that the error was in a component that we use to change the lenaguage in the module. After disabling the component the errors was gone and know the module work like a charm.

I want to know if you can direct me hwo we can manage toi change the language in the module so we can manage to do it.

We need it to be in spanish but in the code we dont se where to change that

We are talking still about the cmc module, right? Why don't you translate the ini file in spanish?

Get the en-GB.mod_cmc.ini file -> translate it into spanish and rename it to es-ES.mod_cmc.ini and place it in the correct folder. That is all
