TOPIC: error when crom emails out

Hello
I am using CComents.
It emails correctly to moderators when a new comment is put in but doe not appear to be sending to those who requested copies of any replies to their posts.
I have an error message which might help with debug.
I believe I have the latest software

Where is this error? It seems that the comment system can't find your configuration, but I need to know where exactly you are getting this error.

I have a cron set to fire every 30 minutes "CURL then the http: link generated for my in my installation of the program"
When it fires, it emails me the information you can see.

The URL in the CURL is " smorgasbord.global/index.php?option=com_...&format=raw&total=10 "

It sends me the moderator information and I can accept or reject listings but it does not seem to ever reply back to people who have asked to be informed of additions to their comments.

Could you kindly advise on this issue as is making the extension of much less use.
