Hello, I installed the free version of Ccooment component to see if it meets my needs.
I configured the component by assigning the category where you want them to be activated commenti.a Front End when I post a comment and I submit button remains in Saving and nothing happens,

could someone help me out?

Hey Andrea,
The issue comes from another plugin on your site. it's outputing this in our ajax response:
<!--Start Cookie Script--> <script type="text/javascript" charset="UTF-8" src="http://www.guidedtoursinvenice.com/policy/8f4834d7fc0b78319b634088db2804b5.js"></script> <!--End Cookie Script-->
Disable this plugin and then the comment system shoudl work. You can ask the developer of that plugin to fix this as the plugin should not mess with ajax requests.
