Look on the pages where you are missing the component. Are there any JS errors?
Are there any traces of ccomment in the source code of the page?

Regards,
Daniel

This means that you have a javascript error on this pages and that is why the comment system can't be initialized. Look in your browser's javascript console and you'll see what exactly the error is & most probably you'll get an idea what is causing it - look at the path where the error occurs - this will tell you which extension, plugin or module is causing the error.

Daniel
