TOPIC: NoNumber shortcodes not working in descript fields

Hi,

I am in the process of testing this extension to see if it will meet the requirements of my next development project, however I am running into an issue. I am trying to use NoNumber shortcodes in the description fields and for some reason. It doesn't display the content and instead it displays the shortcode as if the shortcode is not being processed. Are description fields unable to work with NoNumber shortcodes? I tried to go to the plugins page to see if something needed to be sorted in a particular order but that did not work either. Any help you can provide would be great! See the attached image thanks!

you need to enable the content plugins in the config. I think it is in the advanced tab.

A word of caution -> enabling the content parsing can significantly slow down the loading of the hotspots.

Thanks so much for your responsive assistance. It was in the Options > Integrations > Plugin Support.

Also keep in mind that those replacements will work only for html. If you have for example some kind of js to make a gallery or something it won't work.

Is there a way to get this to work then? Because it's causing an issue with NoNumber Tabs.

Tabs most probably won't work as they most probably use javascript to switch. So even if nonumber builds the html, the js will be missing on the page and won't execute.

It's possible to get it working, but you'll need to load the nonumber tabs javascript yourself on the page and then reinitialize it when the hotspots are loaded. It's not something that hotspots can do out of the box.
