TOPIC: Comment count in blog_item

Hey

Im no php expert.

I would like to have the comment count in top with the other information as "Last modified" "Author" "Hits" and so on

Is this possible, in so, how?
I know its probably only 1 line of code, but just cant figure out how that line should be

I'm not sure that I understand what is blog_item? What component are we talking about?

Im sorry for my title of this thread. i figured that, to get the comment count where i want it, i have to insert the "comment count code" into the stock joomla file: components/com_content/views/category/tmpl/blog_item.php

So explained a little deeper. I have a website mostly running Category Blog Layout, and i wanted to move the comment count, from the bottom of the article to "above" the article where the info such as "Last modified" "Author" "Hits" is.
