TOPIC: Comments not loading in IE 10, Joomla 3.1.5

I wonder is this because of IEs security settings or something else?
it just shows "Loading comments" and progress bar is flashing but nothing happens...

Sounds like a javascript problem to me. Can you show us the website please?

Hmm, comments are only enabled for registered users, is there any way to enable them for everyone in one article?

Did some testing and it seems that if IE Internet options: General tab: broswing history Settings button -> Temporary Internet Files tab: Check for newer versions of stored pages is set to "Automatically" it wont refresh comments until you restart browser. If set to "Every time I visit the webpage" it works.

Do you have cache on on your site? It should be set to off.

Okay, then what to you mean with refresh the comments until you restart the browser. Basically whenever you refresh the page you should see the new comments.

Now it seems to work by clicking refresh icon. Even with stored pages set to refresh "Automatically". Earlier I had to restart IE.

Also i got some kind of PHP error (of which i don't remember) when I installed CComments Core. I suppressed it by setting "php_flag display_errors off" in my .htaccess file but now I took that line off and there is no errors? So for now everything looks like it is working...
Except one thing: Even if I don't check NOTIFY_FOLLOW_UP_EMAILS Follow up E-mail is being sent.

About the e-mail issue - please install the latest dev. release and it should be fixed:

With the latest stable version all users were subscribed to the notifications no matter if they had select the "notify me" box or not.
