i activate CComment supportin hotposts, and install CComment Core 5.0rc2, but now i get page error 500 when i go to map,chose one hotspot and click on read more section.

No ccomment configuration exist for com_hotspots

I try to change permission but it's all allowed for super user ,what can be a bug?

Are you on joomla 3.1.4 ? There is a bug in this version of Joomla.
docs.joomla.org/J3.1:Extensions_Broken_in_3.1.4

I am suffering exactly the same problem on an installation of Joomla 2.5.9
(Tried it on Joomla 3.1.1 got the same errors)

What version of php are you using? You need at least php 5.3? are you on 5.2?

Thank you for the very quick reply.
The version of PHP on my servers is 5.3.24

Apache is 2.2.24 and MySQL 5.5.31

Go to global config -> server tab -> set error reporting to maximum. then go to the hotspots page and let me know what the error message looks like.

omg :S , for nubs like me, go to components-ccomment -settings- new , and add com_hotspots on list
