TOPIC: Thankyou message does not appear....

Hi,
I used the CMC extension for the first time today. in general it all worked smooth and I had no issues so thanks for providing such a great extension, however the one thing that doesn't appear to work is that the Thankyou (or update) messages don't appear once the submit is sent.
The module is working and doing the subscribe, I get the subscriber e-mail from Mailchimp but no Thankyou message on screen.

I looked at the previous posts in the forum and the only thing similar talked about conflict with SEF components. I only have the standard SEF system plugin but switching that off makes no difference.
Possibly its a conflict with some other extension or with my template. How can I find out what the cause might be?
The website in question is www.real-results.co.uk , the newsletter sign up is on the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Hi Carey,

there is a 500 script error when you try to subscribe on the ajax page.

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - www.real-results.co.uk/component/cmc/?fo...sk=subscription.save "

Can you set error reporting to development and turn on Joomla debugging (both in the Joomla global configuration), then we should get some more details.

Does the list sync in the backend work?

sorry for the late response - you can turn it off again. So result is a phoca plugin you use is causing the issue:
