0 SQL=DELETE FROM `jos_cmigrator_configuration`

Sorta hard to move past this when installing fresh.

I am not sure that I understood you right there... Did you have CMigrator before?
Which version of CMigrator are you trying to install?

Hey David,
Is this joomla 3.0 or 2.5. Is joomla's debug mode turned on or off? (if it is on please turn it off and try to install again).
If everything is failing could you provide us with backend access to this site? We'll try to install it for you.
