TOPIC: What is the MMSblog plugin do?

What does the plugin do? I'm not even sure if I can/should use it but I wanted to find out. However, when I tried installing it I get this error:

where did you download it and how are you trying to install it. The plugin should just go the the administrator/components/com_comment/plugin folder. This plugin enables the comment system for mmsblog(you should also make some changes to mmsblog for it to work.).

oh I wasn't aware this was a plugin for another extension to be used in conjuction with JoomlaComments..is the MMSblog component useful? does the JoomlaComments MMSblog plugin allow users to send article comments from their phone? sorry, I'm a little confused...

MMS Blog allows you to send photos, video and text straight to your site from your phone or email client.

The component MMS Blog was initially written so that the scout group that I am a member of, could send pictures and video to the site when we are at trips or similiar.
