TOPIC: Hot Property Plugin needed

Hi there,

I have just downloaded and installed your component, because I think this is just what I need.
Then I went to your tutorials to follow the steps on how to create my own plugin.

However, this tutorial is only for Joomla 1.0* and not Joomla 1.5

Could you please advise me how to create the plugin ?

Well, because 4.0 is still not ready you must use !jocomment in legacy mode. With this said - there is no problem to write the plugin with 1.0 syntax.

maybe its just me being blind.

I was trying to follow the step by step guide here compojoom.com/media/tutorials/PLUGINDocman_newentry.htm

The picture shows "list of joomlacomment settings BY Component" does not show up if I click on "other component settings" in the menu. It is simply not there.

I get the same screen like with the content settings that is why I am confused

When you click on other component settings hit save first and then everything should look like in the demo.

However I cannot use it. I need a plugin for HotProperty but I must give in that I am unable to develop the plugin by myself
