Hi, I have autodetect in my backend. Autodetection franch and english language OK, but Czech language is not detecting and there is english version commnets on Czech page.

What is the Czech iso code?
Go to components/com_comment/joscomment/utils.php
on line 219 you will see this
case 'cz-CZ':

is cz-CZ the right iso code for Czech langauge? If not, change it to the right one and joomfish should be able to load the right file then.
