If your joomla installation is not in UTF-8, check and set if necessary the charset parameter in the joomlacomment setting !!

Me too have this problem, and permision is set correct to 777 to all directory needed, pleese help

hi everyone, got problem with upgrade to 3.26 v.

1. can`t delete folders administrator/components/com_comment/ AND components/com_comment/ .....so i tried to change permissions but all i get is "filename-Permission denied". tried to edit permissions via direct server file menager and ftp. no result.

so, 2. is (permissions problem)

3.any other way to upgrade?

Anyone got tip?
