TOPIC: Solved: CAPTCHA requires PHP GD

PHP GD is required for CAPTCHA, otherwise graphics will not display and no error is logged. I operate a Linux Debian platform with Apache, and PHP GD is provided as a Debian package. For reference, the source code website is www.phpgd.com , but I expect it's best to get PHP GD from where ever you got PHP.

Well the Captcha engine states that FreeType must be installed, and FreeType also requires GD so it's kind of assumed I think
