TOPIC: MMSBLG plugin does not install

How is mmsblog plugin installed? Joomla Extensions Manager returns "Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package."

MMSblog plugin is not a joomla plugin, but joomlacomment one.
To install it you will need an ftp program, log to your server go to administrator/components/com_comment/plugin and upload the mmsblog plugin folder there.
Now log to your joomla backend. Go to extensions->joomlacomment->other component settings -> click new and from the drop down list of extensions choose the mmsblog.

Hm, and I thought that I've added the plugin to version beta1 - so if you use it, then you must not upload the folder, but immediately go to step 2.

Maybe it's just me, but I still could not install mmsblog. There was no plugin folder in com_comment, so I created it, then uploaded to it the unzipped com_mmsblog folder. Then went to your step 2, but did not find any dropdown list of extensions. Then, uploaded the zipped com_mmsblog folder, but still did not find any dropdown list. Then, uploaded the 2 files in the com_mmsblog folder (without the folder) to the plugin folder. Still no dropdown list. Where did I go wrong? Thanks for your patience with me.
