TOPIC: Toolbar not showing up on fresh install

Hi

I just installed Joomla Comment on my web server, after testint it locally. There were no errors on install. However, when I click on an article, neither the toolbar nor icons show up:

This happens on all browsers. IE gives me the following error:

'JSOC_http' is undefined
path of my file line: 338
code: 0 char: 24

I'm pretty sure this is a permissions issue on the web server, but don't know where to start. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

is the css.css file loaded? It doesn't seem so from your screenshot.

how can i tell? where should it be?

Can you try to change this with another template? Do this under layout.

I changed it a couple of times. The text changes location and everything, but just no images. Also, I tried entering a message, but the send button will not work either.

would you give me a link to your site and also provide me with super admin access to the backend?
