Go to joomla's backend -> help-> system info and find Web Server to PHP interface: tell me what value do you have there.

If it is cgi I will need backend access to your web site and ftp so I can work on the files and find what the ... is wrong.

aha! I got some reports that joomlacomment is not working with mySQL 4.1 (that can be true, because my dev. environment runs MySQL 5). Any chance to update to MySQL 5 or to test your installation on MySQL5?

I have just looked in the FAQ of my hosting company and they are not willing to upgrade to v5. The reason is that the Plesk is not working with v5.

So.... I think that I must to search for another commenting system.

Before you start to search for another commenting system could you perhaps make copy of your database and test it on your localhost with mysql5?

If it is working - then we can blame the database, if it is still not working, then it must be something else.

I have Instaled XAMPP on my PC. MySQL version 5.1.30.

It worked!!

So, now we can blame MySQL 4.1.21 on my server.
