hi, I'm trying (really hard) to install JoomlaComment 3.26 on Joomla 1.5.9. through Extension Manager and here's what I get:

Component Install: Custom install routine failure

Please:
Uninstall !JoomlaComment
Modify the file permissions if needed
Reinstall

...Help?....

Can you modify the folder permission. Set them to 777 for the installation and then set them back to the original values.

ok, so legacy is on, permission is set to 777 and now i get this:

Warning! Failed to move file.
Unable to find install package

And I get the same message for every extension I want to install, not only for Comment.
So, again I need your help

well, I didn't make all the necessary changes considering permissions.. but then I just read error reports that showed up during installation - it said there which folder was unwritable... I guess I should've figured it out earlier but... I'm still learning all this stuff..
