TOPIC: Move comment to another content!

Sometimes a newbie and a new visitor submitted a comment in a wrong place!

Please is it possible to add fields for edit the "ContentID" and to facilitate the task of the moderators?

I guess that we can make such option easily in the backend moderation, but for front end it will be a little bit more difficult.
