TOPIC: Limited text displays in comments... ideas and help wanted

Comments longer than about 10 lines worth of space seem to get cut off when displayed to end user - any ideas on what I am missing to allow users to read the other user's full comments text?

Check the settings under security -> text overflow

please ignore my post... I found the answer... yeah - I searched but had to change my terms a bit to find answer...

content settings -> Security -> Post Max Length

I changed to an ungodly amount - are there any concerns for this or better ways to do this?

I have post max length on mine to 1000, but using Max Word Length is important: there is some bugs right now that occur (especially on certain templates) if you have Max Word to -1 so make sure you set that to like, 100 even, which is better than -1 or 9999999

Comment length as a huge number like 9999999999999 should be fine, although there may be a 'max length' for database rows on your server. It'd be safe to set it to 16343 as the highest post length.
