Is it possible to remove the "Comments" button? It's basically almost the same as "Read More" (it only redirects you to the end of the article)

I'm sure you can help me do it with a bit of php code edit. Can you please help? :(

Use css to remove it, if you don't like it. Or just go to the settings and say that you don't want a read more button.
