TOPIC: anonym.to for links in comments

hiya, firstly id like to say that you have a great add on for joomla so keep up the good work

i want to make all links that users post in comments to go to anonym.to/ ? then the link that they posted for example if someone posted in a comment this site as www.compojoom.com/index.php in a comment the link will automatically change to anonym.to/?http://www.compojoom.com/index.php

is this possible? if it is how and what files to i have to edit?

Hm, interesting. Can you give me one reason why a website would not want to be stored as referrer? I don't really get it.

i dont care about being stored as a refferer, me and my friends/users post links to youtube, dailymotion and other multimedia sites like them but the host of my websites does not allow you to have copyrighted stuff on your domain or links to copyrighted stuff (music videos, trailers), they have contacted me about it and my argument was that it was links to legal sites but they stuck to there guns about it, so i asked about if my links went to anonym.to first would it be allowed and they said it would, which is why i wondered if it was possible to do that?

Sounds interesting to me. I would like to implement it in 4.1, but you will have to wait several months. Up until then you can embed the javascript in the whole site, so all links will go to anonym.to.

several months? i think i can wait that long being asthough im only 14 months into a 36 month contract it prob would be easier to change hosting companies but they dont offer refunds after the first 30 days, its my fault i didnt read the term of use properly i jus went for what was cheapish as for changing the java script i wouldnt know what to change so il jus have to be patient and wait for 4.1 thanks for your replys m8
