You can not enter the administrator backend????? This cannot be related to the module in any way!
the backend is independent from the frontend. If the frontend fails, then the backend stays untouched in 99% of the cases.
You can turn off the module by logging to your database -> go to phpmyadmin-> jos_modules -> find the module and set published to 0.
This will prevent it from loading in the frontend. But as I said - since the backend is also not working I don't think that this is related to it in any way.
