TOPIC: All users can change / remove comments from other

Hello,

I have a problem with Joomla Comment 3.26 and I can not solve it.
When I give a comment on an article, other people can change or delete my comment.
And I can do the same to other people's comments. We all can change the comments.
How can I change that? It's not possible in the backend in configuration. I looked many
times but can't find anything to fix that.

I'ts only possible when registered members login, then they all can change the comments.
It's not possible for unregistered members, they can't change.

Are all users administrators?

No, they are not all administrators, just members.
When you register, you can edit all the comments of other users.
Maybe you can register to view and see the problem.
