I would like knows why i have Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR...administrator/components/com_comment/toolbar.comment.html.php on line 29
when i clic on any option of !Joomlacomme so i can't config.

The easiest thing will be to update to php5 - you will have to contact your hosting support.

If you don't wish to upgrade, use the search function and you will find a solution. However, keep in mind that the next version of joomlacomment will require even more php5 - best thing. Update

The site is made with Joomla Version 1.5.10, I have a Sadministrater count, but about the stockage i don't know nothing one it.

PHP4 is very old, I am surprised you have not had an error before yet since more and more Joomla extensions are dropping support for PHP4. I think it may be time to think about moving to a new server friend, especially since Joomla 1.6 will not work at all on PHP4 servers

GoDaddy and HostGator provide great, affordable, very-Joomla-compatible plans. I myself am on HostGator, and have had nothing but excellence from them for the past year.

If we move on an other server, I think (for me) will not use Joomla.
I know C C++ java Pascal object and now learn php.

This is enormous work

NO now, but in futur coding all site with a framwork like zend or symfony.
I now it's o lot of work, now a work on comp for joomla to management the fansub realases.

I think so too, that's why I spent hours manually editing them to make them as small as possible while still looking good

The next release also already has Simple Smileys added to it - they are my new personal favorite!

I did use the search function, but did not find a solution.

My host supports php 5 as well

If I remember well, my host told me once, that there is a parallel support for php 4 and 5. But I am not sure.

Installation was confirmed as successful in the backend, but now there is no access to the settings of the component and even more desturbing no access to uninstallation of the component. The message is the same as in the frontend

I have contacted the hosting company but it is evening in Germany ....

Edit: The problem is fixed. There is a switch to php5 in the backend of my host. Was unknwon to me to date.
