Hi

I have installed as instructed, activated the plug-ins, but when I hit the comment button in any of my articles a white page appears with the message in bold 404 - Component Not Found. Here's the working site: physical4christiansoul.com

Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Thanks in advance,
David

1. Which version of Joomla are you running?
2. Which version of JoomlaComment are you running?
3. What version of PHP does your Webhost run?
4. Which SEF method are you using (Joomla Native, Artio or sh404SEF or other) and do you have mod_rewrite enabled? Also, if sh404SEF, are you in .htaccess re-write mode?
5. Is there a file at ./public_html/error_log and if so what are the first few errors?

JoomlaComment v4 is incompatible with PHP4. Your two options are to ask your webhost to update to PHP5, or to enable Legacy Mode in Joomla and revert to JoomlaComment v3. Sorry for the bad news.
