I tried to install version 4, but it's not working at all on live site:

First image shows that the installation seems normal, then when you click on Manage Comments and so on, I'd get the pic number 2

Any how to fix this?

Try to unninstall and install again. If you still have the same problem, then please check the database. Are all joomlacomment tables there.
