TOPIC: Can't enter the menu of joomla

When I try to enter the menu of joomlacomment under components menu, it goes to a blank page!

And couldn't install the plugin, system says there is no valid xml file. may be the menu problem is related with this?

which version are you trying to install? Uninstall everything and try to install again. If there are any error messages while installation report them here.

I recently found a post who experienced the same problem, you told there the version of Mysql should be 5, my server's Mysql version is 4.1 and I think this is an unsolved problem.

Well, ask your server support for an upgrade. Mysql5 was released some 4 years ago I think
