I have a good news regarding the problem. I'm very pleased to inform you that I have successfully fixed the problem.
When I tried to install a special installation for Daniel, I found everything working properly. Then, I tried to regenerate the error message, which I couldn't generate it unless I reloaded a backup, which I have downloaded from the existing installation "The one, which gives the error".
After getting the error exactly in the special account, I realized that the problem in the DB, but when I've been to the php my admin, and checked the tables, all were OK. Then I tested every table, and I found that the problem is with the table jos_comment. But, I'm not sure which record in this table made this problem.
But, I started to delete the recent comments "From php my admin" and refresh the error. after deleting an amount of comments. I got everything back and the problem has been completely fixed.
And I submitted a comment, to check the system and got everything working properly.
