i use com_comment 3.26 on joomla 1.0.15 with utf-8 encoding (greek)
I was using akocomment before.
Installation gone perfect, no problems, nice template and lots of parameteres to play with.
The only problem is that the comments that i imported from akocomment (jos_akocomment) are all like this ?????????????

In the DB tables they show ok and the encoding is set to utf-8 like the hole site.
I can read the comments from the DB but when i try from the front end i only see ????????
The new comments write and read ok.
The problem is only with the old ones that imported .
Thank u and sorry for my bad english ;)

you are saying that the comments are readable in the database, but is the database utf_general_ci?

Sorry !
It was my fault!
My db colation wasnt utf_general_ci but utf_unicode
I turn all to utf_general_ci and now i can read the comments.
The new ones and those imported.
